Did you know…
We also provide 1:2:1 coaching to employees outside of the HR department and provide a unique and compassionate coaching service to support employees who are ‘returning to work’ from any type, or length of absence. This could be returning from sickness absence, maternity leave, a suspension, a secondment or sabbatical and more.
We’ve discovered that many businesses are so glad to have the employee back from their absence that they don’t always consider how they could be supporting the employee through the transition process of returning to a business that may have changed, a team that feels different and that’s before we put the real focus which is on the employee themselves – their confidence levels, their perception of themselves, changing priorities, creating new routines to cover just a few.

The focus for day 1 is YOU 😊 increasing self-awareness, exploring values, what your purpose is, understanding yourself and your superpowers so well that you prevent over giving, procrastination, burnout and more.
Day 2 – Human Reality not Human Resources
Taking everything gained from Day 1 and applying it to the role of HRBP/HRM with a focus on boundaries, personal identity, using your voice, getting/owning your seat at the table (wherever you are in the organisation) and more. On Day 2 we bring your learnings from Day 1 "to life" and work with you so that you are ready to apply them for 2025. This is a great time of the year to start thinking ahead and we’ll help you to reset and relaunch for success!
