I have been through quite a big transformation…

I first got to know Claire back in 2021, when she became my coach.  Over the last 2 years, I have been through quite a big transformation, moving back to Wales and making the decision to work for myself as a People and Engagement Consultant.  Claire has been a constant throughout, coaching and encouraging me to continuously achieve my potential.  Our profession has an abundance of opportunities and obstacles and Claire has helped me really believe in my potential, seeking out some cracking opportunities, meet some amazing people to collaborate with, overcome those tricky obstacles and most importantly trust my gut (Claire calls it the tingle).  I've now been working for myself for over 6 months, it's going really well and I 100% have to thank Claire for all her help.
