“Transformation” is a huge word…
“Transformation” is a huge word and one that I definitely didn’t buy into fully or, if I’m honest, even believe was truly possible when I started my journey with Claire back in April. Oh how wrong was I?!!? I have learned that I was being very limited in my thinking around that particular word; transformation comes in many different guises, and I have literally transformed into the person I’d always hoped I was or would be, but now I actually believe it and am so empowered by the self-awareness I have welcomed into my life. I know it’s bragging, but I am authentically living my life, I am true to myself in everything I do because it’s become second nature. And practically all of that is because of the investment Claire made in me, once I’d made the investment into myself to work with her. Quite magical really 😊
I have been coached by Claire over the last 12 months and she’s done it all without me really knowing I was being coached – clever stuff and I think that is Claire’s super-power. Her approach is very authentic, relatable, and genuine. She is completely focussed on me but in a deceptively, relaxed way – I never feel pressured. She has guided me through my journey seamlessly – I’ve had many a ‘thunderclap’ moment and it’s felt like I’ve done it all myself. Claire would say I have, but I know there’s no way I would be this self-aware and this liberated doing the work on my own. The value of having a series of coaching sessions with Claire just for me, all about me, is massive – it feels self-indulgent and wonderful. In my job I give, give, give and to be on the receiving end of being given to is such a great feeling. It took a little getting used to because of my initial resistance, but Claire quickly makes you feel very relaxed and brave so you definitely don’t waste time waffling around the edges about nonsense just to be polite – we get stuck in with the real stuff for sure.
But Claire is kind and gentle as well as hilarious and open – with that laser-sharp focus on just me of course. I have experienced other self-development trainers or coaches, and in my opinion they have been a bit pious and governed by a textbook – I’m not saying they’re all like that but some I’ve been in contact with have been. Claire is not at all pious or busy quoting textbooks; she gets into the detail and pushes you easily even into uncomfortable areas and it always, 100% feels like it’s all for ME!
I have recommended her to colleagues/friends and would not hesitate to keep recommending her. When you benefit in every area of your life because of a series of conversations with someone like Claire it’s obvious to those in your life that something’s changed or is better etc. So that pretty much speaks for itself.
