What a fantastic lady!! …

What a fantastic lady!! This year I had coaching with Claire, and it's changed my life! Claire and I often use a metaphor of being replanted – sometimes you’re a seed in a pot struggling to grow and blossom. Earlier this year I felt this way. 🌱

Claire challenged me to identify whether my environment (the soil) and my goals (the pot) were what I truly needed. 🤔

Working with Claire helped me identify the changes I needed to make to myself, my environment, and goals to allow me to thrive. 🌳

I truly feel re-planted, my roots are strong (boundaries and self-affirmations) my soil is healthier (my environment – people I surround myself with and mental mindset) and my pot is stronger (goals for now and the future) allowing me to truly grow and blossom. 🌸
