As we pop a button after too much Christmas pudding, finish the final episode of the latest Netflix series and head towards 2021, I wanted to share with you a quick and easy way to give your wellbeing a well needed boost for the coming year.

These 3 R’s work after a heavy weekend, a challenging month, a crappy day, and more, so imagine that these 3 R’s are a glass of water and a couple of Nurofen (other pain killers are available 😊)

First start with Recharge

Pause, rest, turn off tech, sleep, gentle walks in nature, create calm and peace to start the filling up process.

Secondly Rejuvenate

Pamper yourself, spend time taking care of your skin, your hair, your nails, meditate, read, listen to podcasts that will to continue the filling up process.

And complete the 3 R’s with Relaunch

Make space, take some time to think about your goals, or perhaps your vision or plan for 2021, do this with care just think A to B not A to Z.
