Are you too busy?
Do you feel like you are pinning one too many ‘life plates’?
Do some or all parts of your day-to-day routine feel chaotic?

Do you know the benefits of taking care of yourself as a priority, but don’t know how to stop your current patterns/habits?

So, I wanted to share with you a really quick exercise to get your juices flowing, and if you think you’re too busy, then do it while you’re sat on the loo! – yes, you’ve read that right. You have to start somewhere and for most of us this is a few minutes behind a closed door where we are alone 😊
Jot down the answers to these questions in a journal, notebook, etc, to uncover what is holding you back from slowing down:
What is your busy lifestyle stopping you from creating for yourself in your life right now? How does that make you feel?
What will happen if you do start getting enough rest mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually? How will it make you feel?
What do you think you could accomplish from eradicating some of the busyness?
What will happen if you don't change? What might you miss out on?
Are you ready to start prioritising rest in your life? what steps can you take to do this?
