Discover the secret to increasing your confidence

Ooooh a secret, who doesn’t like hearing a secret 😊

I’m not going to tease you with loads of paragraphs before leaving you dangling or telling you to find out you must stay tuned for next week’s blog like a cliff-hanger from EastEnders, or Corrie (or whatever your soap of choice is) 😊

I’m just gonna come right out and say it….

The secret to increasing your confidence is learning how to be a bit more badass.

Ta-da!!!

Ok, ok I get it, you’re scratching your head a little right now, I suppose the best way to share this secret is to explain a little about what being ‘a bit more badass’ actually means.

There have been many times, incidents, occasions when my confidence has dipped, sometimes a little and sometimes to a low I never thought I’d be able to improve from.  Throughout my confidence roller-coaster I realised I was the only person that could control how I showed up, how I behaved, how my choices impacted my confidence levels and that any improvements needed to come from me.

So, I created a cheeky little acronym to help me, to support me, to remind me of the ingredients I needed to increase my confidence across all aspects of my life -

B = Bravery

A = Attitude

D = Decision making

A = Authenticity

S = Sense

S = Strength

My BADASS Blueprint works whether you need a quick confidence boost to support you for example when you need to make a presentation, public speaking, to help you make clear decisions or if you want to increase your overall sense of confidence on a daily basis and so much more.

Fancy exploring what being a bit more BADASS could look and feel like for you? Or perhaps how to turn your confidence dial up when you need it?

Much love
