I work with HR professionals, senior leaders and women navigating pressure, change and emotional load, providing calm, clarity and strength when it matters most.

HR is at the very heart of the business – each department is connected to HR in some way, HR provides a service to every employee, at every level, at every location, in every role.  We know through our research that more and more people in HR are not considering their own needs before supporting others, are experiencing burnout, or are leaving the profession due to the overwhelm, expectations and emotional drain of the role.

This needs to stop! HR are humans too!
